Wsk Web Solution (wskwebsolution) follows different Refund & Cancellation policy ( Customer point of view ) for its Web Solutions including Digital Marketing Solutions.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their project and request a refund from us.
You may cancel the project up to one week before the Web Design, Development, Content & Digital Marketing work begins.
You may submit your cancellation requests by email only.
Your request will not be considered valid unless and until you receive confirmation from our finance team or management.
The amount of 25% out of your advance payment made will be refunded.
Please note that “No” refund will be provided for website designs.
